Champagne® Mango Mojito

- 2 oz light rum
- 1 key lime (juice)
- 2 Tsp sugar
- 1 Small Champagne® Mango (peeled, seeded and pureed - reserve a slice for garnish)
- 5 mint leaves (if you have extra, keep it for garnish)
- 4 oz club soda
- key lime slices (for garnish)
|Step 1||Combine the rum, lime, sugar, 2 tablespoons of pureed mango and mint in a glass and smash together with a wooden spoon until the mint is crushed evenly. |
Fill glass half way with ice cubes and then add the club soda. Garnish with a slice of mango and a slice of lime or mint and serve.
