Champagne® Mango Power Smoothie

  • 1 Medium Champagne® Mango (peeled, seeded and chopped)
  • 1 Small banana (peeled, cut in chunks)
  • 2 Large leaves of kale (rinsed and coarsely chopped, hard stems removed)
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 2 cups water (may substitute with unsweetened soy milk or almond milk)
  • 1 cup ice


Step 1 Blend all ingredients until completely smooth and serve equal parts in two glasses. Enjoy.
