Champagne® Mango Scorpion

  • 2oz rum (añejo)
  • 1oz brandy
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • 2oz Champagne® Mango (peeled, seeded and pureed)
  • 1/2oz simple syrup (sugar water)
  • 1 cup crushed ice


  • 1 cherry, orange or mango slices (for garnish)


Step 1 In a bowl, crush the cherry and orange with the ice and simple syrup. Add the mango puree, rum, brandy, lemon juice, stir well and serve immediately. Garnish glass with a cherry and orange or a mango slice through a toothpick or cocktail pick if you wish.
