Mango Lassi with Mint and Almonds

  • 3 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup Champagne® Mango (chopped)
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 Tbs slivered almonds (toasted)
  • 1 Tsp fresh mint (chopped)


  • 1 Persian lime (sliced)


Step 1 Wash the mango and remove the peel and seed. Chop the pulp and set aside 1 cup for the lassi. If you have fruit left over, enjoy it as a snack or in your favorite fruit salad.
Step 2 To prepare the lassi, simply place all ingredients (except lime) in a blender and puree. When smoothly blended, pour the drink mixture into four glasses and enjoy. You may garnish the glasses with a fresh mint sprig and a slice of lime.
